Field Service Mobile client - Password popup
When first using Resco/Field Service mobile app the mobile client continues to ask for your password all the time. It becomes extremely frustrating when trying to test or demo.
There is an easy fix.
1. Open your Woodford project.
2. Go to configuration
3. Type in the search password.
4. Save Password - If this is not selected as True, Resco will not save your password and every time password entry is required the following will be displayed.
5. Require Sync Login - This setting controls if every time a sync of data is conducted, the user is presented with a login screen. For demoing and testing I always have this set to false as it can become extremely annoying being presented with the password screen below every time you sync.
