There is a lot you can now do with the schedule board!
I have just come back from doing a demonstration at Extreme365 in Dubrovnik, where I did a session that covered Schedule Board extensibility. Both Iain and I did prep for this demo and thought we would put all the content into a a series of blogs.
Now within Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, any entity can be scheduled. As standard, we can schedule PSA Project Tasks and Field Service Work Orders. However, we now have the ability to optimise any other entity. Microsoft is calling this Universal resource scheduling.
These blogs are going to run through the standard capability of the schedule board and how to extend these features.
